Can I use all of your products simultaneously on my skin? X

You sure can! Our products are great for layering. Because of our proprietary Good Silicon+® technology, our formulations absorb effortlessly into the skin allowing you to layer products into your routine.

Do your products work for men? X

Of course. All our formulations were created with unisex skin care needs in mind. Our 001-Pu formulation is really popular as a post shave balm to moisturize, reduce redness and avoid ingrown hair blemishes. Thanks to the Good Silicon+® technology, all products absorb quickly, avoiding shiny residual on skin - something particularly our male customers seem to appreciate.

Can I use your products if I have a skin condition? X

If you have diagnosed eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or any other medical skin condition, you should consult your dermatologist before using any new products on a regular basis.

Do your products have SPF? X

Our current product range does not contain SPF, but we’re currently developing products that will include SPF. For additional product announcements in the future, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page.

Have your products been tested on animals? If not, how are they tested? X

No, we consider the testing of cosmetic products on animals cruel and pointless. Our products are tested on human volunteers by AMA Laboratories Inc. (New York), a third-party FDA-approved research organization which specializes in skin care studies.

Are the ingredients in your products organic? X

While our products aren’t organic, we do focus on safe and ethically sourced ingredients.

Are your products vegan? X

Very few cosmetic ingredients are sourced from animals and most of our products are vegan. However, the 003-Hy Cream and Facial contain marine Omega-3 from sustainable European fish and shellfish sources because plant-based Omega-3 doesn’t have the DHA and EPA fatty acids that are particularly good for skin health.

Are your products nut-free? X

Many of our products are free of nuts or nut oils. However, we cannot guarantee our products were made in a nut-free facility. We encourage our customers who have allergies to consult a doctor before using any product.

Are your products petrochemical-free? X

Yes. Good Science Beauty does not use petrochemical ingredients that are linked to health concerns, including sodium laureth sulfate, polyethylene glycol (PEG), propylene glycol, petrolatum, toluene, MEA, DEA or TEA.

Do your products include fragrances or dyes? X

No. We avoid the use of any unnecessary fragrances and colorants in our products.

Are your products recyclable and sustainable? X

Yes. Our packaging uses recyclable cardboard and glass bottles. Our cartons, shrink-wrap, and shipping materials are also recyclable. We are currently working on a recyclable pump mechanism.

Where is the Silicon (14Si) used by Good Science Beauty sourced? X

The mineral silicon in Good Science Beauty products originates with established suppliers in China who manufacture in compliance with international environmental, ethical and quality standards, such as ISO9001:2008.

Good Science Beauty ensures that their entire supply chain complies with all internationally accepted standards of social respect, which means we can be proud that there is no exploitation or employment of vulnerable sectors of society such as children or prisoners in the manufacture of Good Science Beauty products.

Where does Good Science Beauty ship?X

We currently ship within the U.S., but are working to bring Good Science Beauty to customers around the world. Please, sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of this page for international availability announcements.

When will I get my products?X

All standard orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or postal holiday, please allow up to 2 business days for the order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the products are dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?X

What should I do if I have a problem with shipping ?X

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?X

We’re dedicated to bringing you the best in skin care. If you’re not pleased, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@goodsciencebeauty.com within 30 days of the purchase date. We will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase to your original payment method.
