Returns and Exchanges
Good Science Beauty is dedicated to bringing you the best in skin care. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Service team within 60 days of the purchase date, and we will provide a return authorization and a pre-paid return label that covers all shipping fees by email.
Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase to your original payment method. Alternatively, we happily exchange the returned product for another Good Science Beauty product, refunding or charging the difference. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit, please retain your shipping receipt for proof.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately via our contact form. We will arrange for pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was left somewhere out of sight. You could also ask your neighbors if they didn't perhaps pick up the package for you.
If the package is still not found, we will start a trace with the shipping service used. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on discounted items.
