Refunds and Returns

What if I'm not happy with my product?

We are confident that you'll love Good Science Beauty skincare. If for whatever reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we'll issue you a refund for up to 30 days after purchase. In case the product is unopened or in the unlikely event that there are issues with the product that we'd like to investigate, we will provide you with a return label and ask you to send the product back to us.

What do I do if my product is damaged?

If you receive your product damaged, please email a photo of the item to hello@goodsciencebeauty.comand we'll send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
